Prepare the chicken breasts by halving them horizontally to create 4 thinner cutlets. Season both sides of the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of oil and rub to coat evenly.

Set up a breading station. In the first shallow dish, combine the 1/2 cup all-purpose flour with a pinch of salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. In the second dish, place the 2 beaten eggs. In the third dish, mix the 1 cup panko breadcrumbs with 1 teaspoon dried parsley.

Dredge each chicken cutlet first in the seasoned flour, ensuring it's fully coated, then dip into the beaten eggs, letting any excess drip off. Finally, coat thoroughly with the panko mixture, pressing gently to ensure the breadcrumbs adhere well.

Heat enough oil for frying in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot (a small piece of panko should sizzle immediately), carefully place the breaded chicken cutlets into the pan. Fry for 3-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown, crispy, and cooked through to an internal temperature of 165°F. Remove from the pan and place on a wire rack to drain excess oil.

While the chicken cooks, prepare the Caesar dressing. In a medium bowl, whisk together the 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 grated garlic clove, and black pepper until well combined and creamy. If the dressing is too thick, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water, one tablespoon at a time, until it reaches your desired consistency.

Set aside approximately 1/4 cup of the prepared Caesar dressing for spreading on the burger buns. In a separate bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce with the remaining Caesar dressing and a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese. Toss gently to coat the lettuce.

Lightly toast the 4 burger buns. You can do this in a dry skillet, toaster, or oven.

Assemble the burgers: Spread the reserved Caesar dressing on the cut sides of both the bottom and top buns. Place a crispy chicken cutlet on each bottom bun. Top the chicken with a generous portion of the Caesar salad mixture and sprinkle with extra grated Parmesan cheese.

For the top bun finish, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and stir in 1/2 teaspoon of dried parsley. Brush this mixture over the inside of the top buns, then sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

Place the finished top bun onto each assembled burger. Serve immediately and enjoy your Crispy Chicken Caesar Burgers!
