Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a round pizza pan with parchment paper.

Spread the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the parchment paper on the pizza pan, forming a rectangular layer approximately 10x6 inches. Arrange the pepperoni slices closely together over the entire cheese layer. Sprinkle with pizza seasoning.

Carefully transfer the pan to the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, golden brown, and crispy, and the pepperoni is cooked and slightly curled.

While the pizza base is baking, prepare the Caesar salad filling. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped iceberg lettuce, croutons, and shredded Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with Salad Supreme Seasoning.

Add 1/2 cup of Caesar dressing to the salad ingredients. Using two spoons or tongs, thoroughly mix all the salad ingredients until well combined and coated with dressing. Add the sliced pepperoncini and mix again.

Once the pizza base is cooked, carefully remove it from the oven. Gently peel the baked pizza base off the parchment paper. It should be a cohesive, crispy crust.

Place the pizza base onto a wooden serving board or large plate. Spoon the prepared Caesar salad mixture over one half of the pizza base, forming a thick layer. Drizzle additional Caesar dressing over the salad filling, as desired.

Carefully fold the other half of the pizza base over the salad filling, creating a wrap or calzone-like shape. Using a sharp knife, cut the assembled pizza wrap in half and serve immediately.
