Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.

Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels and place them in the prepared baking dish. Season both sides of the fish with salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried parsley (or Italian seasoning).

In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, juice of 1 lemon, lemon zest, and olive oil.

Pour the lemon garlic butter mixture evenly over the fish fillets. Top with lemon slices if desired. Bake for 12–15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fish, until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
