In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the lean ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula until no pink remains. Drain any excess fat.

Reduce heat to medium. Add the taco seasoning and 1/4 cup of Chipotle Piri Piri sauce to the cooked ground beef. Stir well to combine and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (or oven to 400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper if using an oven.

Lay out a low-carb tortilla. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the seasoned beef filling onto the center of the tortilla. Sprinkle about 1 tablespoon of shredded cheese over the beef.

Carefully roll up the tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides as you go to create a sealed roll. Repeat with the remaining tortillas, beef, and cheese.

Place the rolled taco rolls seam-side down into the air fryer basket (or onto the prepared baking sheet). Brush the tops of the rolls with the remaining 2 tablespoons of Chipotle Piri Piri sauce and sprinkle generously with the remaining shredded cheese.

Air fry for 6 to 8 minutes, or bake in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the tortillas are golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the air fryer or oven. Let cool for a minute, then slice and garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
