In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, Italian style breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently with your hands until just combined, being careful not to overmix.

Form the mixture into 1 1/2-inch meatballs. You should get about 16-18 meatballs.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Carefully add the meatballs and brown them on all sides, about 5-7 minutes total. They don't need to be cooked through, just browned.

Pour the Trader Joe's Organic Marinara Sauce over the browned meatballs. Bring the sauce to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low, cover, and let it cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and tender.

While the meatballs are simmering, bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add the Trader Joe's Organic Spaghetti and cook according to package directions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.

Drain the spaghetti and divide it among serving plates. Top with the meatballs and marinara sauce. Garnish with fresh chopped basil and extra grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
