In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, rolled oats, fruit puree (such as strawberry puree), and chia seeds.

If desired, add the maple syrup to the mixture for additional sweetness.

Stir all the ingredients together thoroughly until they are well combined and form a consistent mixture.

Carefully spoon the mixture into silicone molds. A mini muffin silicone tray works well for this.

Place the filled silicone molds into the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until the bites are completely solid.

Once frozen solid, pop the “cheesecake” bites out of the molds. They are now ready to serve.

Store any leftover bites in an airtight container in the freezer for later consumption.
