Slice the 300g chicken breast into thin strips.

Season the chicken strips with 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon paprika. Mix well to ensure the chicken is evenly coated.

Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook until it is golden brown on all sides and cooked through (approximately 5-7 minutes). Once cooked, remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside.

In the same pan, add 1 tablespoon butter. Once the butter is melted, add 2 cloves of minced garlic and 1/2 chopped onion. Sauté until the garlic is fragrant and the onion is softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Pour in 1/2 cup chicken broth and bring the mixture to a simmer, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan to incorporate flavor into the sauce.

Stir in 1/2 cup heavy cream and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Continue stirring until the cheese is completely melted and the sauce becomes creamy and smooth.

Add 100g spinach to the pan and cook until it wilts into the sauce, about 1-2 minutes.

Return the cooked chicken to the pan. Add the 200g cooked pasta (ensure pasta is cooked according to package directions before adding). Toss everything together thoroughly to coat the chicken and pasta evenly with the creamy sauce.

Garnish with 1 tablespoon fresh parsley before serving.
