Lay one large flour tortilla flat on a clean cutting board or work surface.

Place about 1/4 cup of the seasoned cooked ground beef mixture onto the center of the tortilla.

Place one mozzarella string cheese stick directly on top of the ground beef.

Fold the left and right sides of the tortilla inwards over the filling, ensuring they meet or slightly overlap.

Starting from the bottom, tightly roll the tortilla upwards to form a compact burrito. Repeat for the remaining tortillas.

Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the cooking oil and allow it to heat up.

Carefully place the rolled burritos seam-side down into the hot pan. You may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your skillet.

Pan-fry the burritos, turning them as needed, for 3-4 minutes per side, or until they are golden brown and crispy on all sides and the cheese is melted.

Once cooked, remove the burritos from the pan and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil.

Serve the burritos immediately with a side of creamy white dipping sauce.
