In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder until all ingredients are well combined.

Take one slice of loaf bread and spread Nutella evenly on its surface. Place another slice of bread on top to create a sandwich. Using a knife, cut the assembled sandwich in half (diagonally or into rectangles). Repeat this process with the remaining bread slices to create more Nutella sandwiches.

Dip each Nutella-filled bread piece into the prepared egg mixture, ensuring both sides are thoroughly coated. Allow the bread to soak for a few seconds so it can absorb the mixture.

Heat a pan over medium heat. Once hot, add a little butter to the pan and allow it to melt. Place the soaked bread pieces into the pan. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side, or until the French toast turns golden brown and develops a slightly crispy texture. You may need to cook in batches.

While the French toast is cooking, prepare the cinnamon sugar topping. In a small bowl, combine the 2 tablespoons of white sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder. Mix them well. Sprinkle this cinnamon sugar mixture over the warm French toast, or lightly coat each piece with it.

Serve the Nutella French Toast warm. Optionally, drizzle with extra Nutella, dust with powdered sugar, or serve alongside fresh fruits.
