Ingredients
For the Gin Fizz
- 8 fluid ounces gin
- 4 fluid ounces fresh lemon juice
- 4 fluid ounces simple syrup
- 2 egg white
- 1 quart club soda, chilled
- as needed ice cubes
For Garnish
- 4 lemon slices
- 4 maraschino cherries

In a cocktail shaker, combine the gin, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white. This is a 'dry shake' to emulsify the egg white.
