Preheat your oven to 500°F. Generously spray a standard 12-cup muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray, ensuring all cups are well coated to prevent sticking.

Divide the pre-made pizza dough into 12 equal segments. Place one segment of dough into each muffin cup and press down firmly with your fingers to form a base that lines the bottom and sides of the cup.
Spoon approximately 1 tablespoon of Bianco Dinapoli crushed tomatoes over each pressed-down dough base in the muffin cups.

If using, sprinkle a light layer of grated Pecorino Romano cheese over the pizza sauce in each cup.

Place several slices of pepperoni on top of the Pecorino Romano (or sauce if not using Pecorino) in each cup, forming the first pepperoni layer.

Add a generous amount of shredded low moisture mozzarella cheese to each cup, ensuring it covers the pepperoni and sauce completely.

Place a final layer of pepperoni slices on top of the mozzarella cheese in each muffin cup.

Carefully transfer the muffin pan to the preheated oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the pizza bites are golden brown, the cheese is melted and slightly browned, and the pepperoni is crispy.

Once baked, remove the pan from the oven. Allow the pizza bites to cool for a few minutes. Use a knife to carefully loosen the edges of each pizza bite from the muffin pan.

Remove the pizza bites from the pan and stack them on a serving platter. Drizzle generously with hot honey before serving immediately.
