Add the sliced limes, sliced red onion, smashed garlic cloves, sliced oranges, chopped ginger, and cinnamon sticks into a large, heavy-bottomed pot or Dutch oven.

Pour 8 cups of water into the pot, ensuring all the solid ingredients are fully submerged. If needed, add a little more water to cover.

Gently stir the mixture with a spatula to combine the ingredients.

Cover the pot with a lid and place it on a stovetop over high heat. Bring the mixture to a rolling boil.

Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and allow the brew to simmer gently for 20 minutes. This allows the flavors and beneficial compounds to infuse into the water.

Carefully remove the pot from the heat. Using a ladle, pour the hot liquid into a clear glass cup. You may strain out the solids if preferred, or leave them in for a stronger infusion.

Serve warm. It is suggested to drink one cup of this brew twice a day.
