Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil. Add the 1 pound of spaghetti noodles and cook according to package directions until al dente. Drain the cooked spaghetti and set aside.

In a large pot or Dutch oven, add the 1 pound of ground beef. Break it apart with a spoon and cook over medium-high heat until thoroughly browned, about 5-7 minutes.

Add the 10 ounces of chopped smoked andouille sausage to the pot with the ground beef. Continue to cook for a few minutes, allowing the sausage to brown slightly.

Carefully drain any excess fat from the cooked meats in the pot.

Add the 2 chopped celery stalks, 1/2 chopped onion, and 1 chopped bell pepper (half red, half orange) to the pot with the meat. Sauté the vegetables until they have softened, about 5-7 minutes.

Stir in the 2 minced cloves of garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Sprinkle the 2 1/2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour over the meat and vegetables. Stir well to coat all ingredients and cook for approximately 1 minute to create a light roux, stirring constantly.

Pour in the 1 cup of beef broth, stirring continuously to combine and ensure no lumps form. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.

Add the 1 packet of Lipton beefy onion soup mix, 1 teaspoon of complete seasoning, 1 teaspoon of Cajun seasoning, 1 teaspoon of white pepper, 2 teaspoons of Italian seasoning, 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, 1 1/2 tablespoons of tomato paste, and 8 ounces of diced tomatoes to the pot. Stir all ingredients together until well combined and the sauce begins to simmer and thicken.

Add the cooked spaghetti noodles directly into the sauce mixture in the pot. Stir thoroughly to ensure the spaghetti is evenly coated with the rich sauce.

Serve the Viral Dirty Spaghetti hot, topped with Parmesan cheese as desired.
