Take a serving bowl large enough to hold all the sauce ingredients.

Add the minced garlic, chopped cilantro, and chopped green onion to the bowl.

Add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce to the bowl.

Add about 1 teaspoon of vinegar.

Thoroughly mix all the ingredients in the bowl with a spoon until well combined and smooth. Ensure there are no lumps of peanut butter or sesame paste.

The hot pot spicy sauce is now ready to serve as a dipping sauce for your hot pot ingredients.
