Unpack the ground beef and place it in a bowl. Season generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Peel and finely dice the onion. Smash and mince the garlic cloves.

Heat olive oil in a large pot or deep pan over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned ground beef and break it up with a wooden spoon. Brown the beef thoroughly, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat if necessary.

Add the diced onion to the pan with the beef and sauté until softened and translucent, about 3-5 minutes. Stir in the minced garlic, paprika, and tomato paste. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly, until fragrant.

Pour the peeled tomatoes into the pot. Stir to combine. Add the fluid cream and about 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese. Stir in the chopped fresh parsley. Mix everything until the sauce is creamy and well combined. Reduce heat to low and let it simmer gently while you cook the pasta.

In a separate large pot, bring a generous amount of salted water to a rolling boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package directions until al dente.

Using a slotted spoon, transfer the cooked pasta directly from the boiling water into the pot with the simmering creamy beef sauce. Add the beef broth to the pasta and sauce. Stir vigorously to ensure all the pasta is evenly coated with the sauce.

Serve the creamy beef pasta immediately in serving bowls. Garnish with additional grated Parmesan cheese and fresh chopped parsley.
