Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a rectangular baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides to easily lift the bars out later.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the 3 eggs and 1/2 cup white sugar. Whisk thoroughly until the mixture is well combined and slightly pale.

Add the 3/4 cup melted butter, 1 small can condensed milk, 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract, and 1/2 teaspoon salt to the egg and sugar mixture. Whisk again until all the wet ingredients are fully incorporated and smooth.

In a separate bowl, sift together the 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour, 1/3 cup powdered milk, and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. Sifting helps to prevent lumps in the batter.

Gradually add the sifted dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Gently fold and mix the batter with a spatula until it is smooth and no dry streaks of flour remain. Be careful not to overmix.

Pour the batter into the prepared rectangular baking pan. Spread the batter evenly across the pan using your spatula.

Generously sprinkle the 1 pack of grated cheese evenly over the top of the batter.

Bake the cheese bars in the preheated oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Once baked, remove the pan from the oven. Let the cheese bars cool slightly in the pan for about 10-15 minutes before lifting them out using the parchment paper overhang. Allow to cool completely on a wire rack before cutting into individual bars or squares.
