Add 300 grams of 0% cottage cheese into a blender.

Add 100 grams of roasted red peppers to the blender.

Add 1 tin of chopped tomatoes to the blender.

Add 1 teaspoon of chilli to the blender.

Add 1 teaspoon of garlic to the blender.

Add a handful of fresh basil to the blender.

Blend all the ingredients until the mixture is nice and smooth.

Pour the blended soup into a saucepan.

Heat the soup on a low heat, continuously stirring it. Heat on low very gradually to prevent scorching.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the creamy tomato soup immediately.
