Dice the white onion and add to a large pan with the garlic. Cook on low heat for a few minutes until softened.

Dice the chicken breast, then season it with salt, pepper, and paprika. Add the seasoned chicken to the pan with the onion and garlic.

Once the chicken is cooked through, dissolve the chicken stock cubes in the boiled water and add the stock to the pan. Break or cut the fresh lasagne sheets into smaller pieces and add them to the pan. Cover with a lid and allow the lasagne to cook through in the stock.

Stir in the Boursin cheese and spinach. Continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened and the spinach has wilted.

Add the Parmesan cheese to the pan and mix well until fully incorporated.

Finally, sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the top of the lasagne mixture. Place the lid back on the pan and cook for a few more minutes until the cheese has melted and is bubbly.

Serve hot and enjoy your One Pan Boursin Chicken Lasagne!
