Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9-inch pie plate or an 8x8 inch baking dish.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked and drained gluten-free spaghetti, beaten egg, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, and melted butter. Toss until the spaghetti is evenly coated. Press the spaghetti mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of the prepared pie plate to form a crust.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground turkey and cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

Add the chopped yellow onion to the skillet with the turkey and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.

Stir in the marinara sauce, softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the cream cheese is fully melted and the sauce is well combined and heated through, about 3-5 minutes.

Pour the turkey and sauce mixture into the spaghetti crust, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the spaghetti crust is lightly golden. Let the spaghetti pie rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
