Prepare the Tanghulu Strawberries: Wash the fresh strawberries thoroughly and pat them completely dry with paper towels. This is crucial for the sugar to adhere properly. Thread the dried strawberries onto skewers, leaving a small space between each berry.

In a medium saucepan, combine the granulated sugar and water. Heat over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar dissolves. Once dissolved, stop stirring and allow the mixture to boil until it reaches an amber caramel color. This can take 8-12 minutes. Be careful not to burn it.

Once the caramel is ready, carefully dip each skewered strawberry into the hot caramelized sugar, ensuring it's completely coated. Work quickly as the caramel will harden. Place the dipped strawberries on parchment paper or a cooling rack to cool and harden completely. This will take about 15 minutes.

Prepare the Spicy Hot Honey: While the strawberries are cooling, pour the honey into a small saucepan. Add the chilli flakes. Heat the mixture over low heat for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it starts to bubble slightly and the flavors meld. Do not boil vigorously. Remove from heat and set aside.

Prepare the Viral Butter Garlic Rice: In a large pan or skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the minced fresh garlic to the melted butter and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

Pour in the soy sauce and stir the mixture briefly in the pan for about 30 seconds.

Add the hot cooked white rice to the pan. Mix everything together thoroughly until the rice is well combined with the butter, garlic, and soy sauce. Serve immediately.
