Ensure your bundt cake is completely cooled before beginning the glaze preparation. A warm cake will cause the glaze to melt and run off.

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the confectioners sugar, vanilla bean paste, neutral oil, honey, and oat milk (or your milk of choice).

Using a whisk or spoon, mix all the glaze ingredients together until completely smooth. The glaze should be thick and spreadable, not pourable.

Check the consistency of the glaze. If it is too thick, add an additional 1 teaspoon of milk at a time, mixing well after each addition, until the desired spreadable consistency is achieved. If the glaze is too thin, add 1 tablespoon of confectioners sugar at a time, mixing thoroughly, until it thickens to the correct consistency.

Once the bundt cake is cool and the glaze has reached the desired consistency, carefully spread the vanilla bean glaze evenly over the top and sides of the bundt cake using an offset spatula or the back of a spoon.

Immediately after glazing, generously sprinkle the colorful sprinkles over the top of the cake before the glaze sets.
