Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, combine the ground beef, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Mix gently until just combined, being careful not to overmix.

Divide the meat mixture into 12 equal portions and form them into small, thin patties, slightly larger than the slider buns as they will shrink during cooking.

Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Cook the mini burger patties for 2-3 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess grease.

Arrange the bottom halves of the slider buns on the prepared baking sheet. Place a cooked mini burger patty on each bottom bun.

Spread about 1 teaspoon of marinara sauce over each burger patty. Top with a generous sprinkle of shredded mozzarella cheese and a few mini pepperonis.

Place the top halves of the slider buns over the cheese and pepperoni.

In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, dried oregano, and red pepper flakes (if using). Brush this mixture evenly over the tops of the slider buns.

Bake for 8-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the buns are lightly golden brown. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.

Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
