Open each package of Buldak Spicy Ramen. Separate the block of noodles, the liquid sauce packet, and the powder packet. Repeat for all 4 packages.

In a large mixing bowl, squeeze the entire contents of all 4 Buldak liquid sauce packets.

Carefully crack 4 eggs and add 1 egg yolk from each egg to the bowl with the sauce. Discard or save the egg whites for another use.

Add 4 tablespoons of Kewpie mayonnaise to the bowl.

Open all 4 Buldak powder packets and add their contents to the bowl.

Mix all the ingredients in the bowl thoroughly with a spoon or whisk until it forms a smooth, creamy, orange-colored paste. Ensure no lumps remain.

In a large pot, bring a generous amount of water to a rolling boil.

Drop all 4 blocks of Buldak ramen noodles into the boiling water.

Cook the noodles for approximately 8 to 10 minutes, or until they are tender to your liking. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.

While the noodles are cooking, chop the green onions for garnish.

Once the noodles are cooked, drain them thoroughly. Immediately add the hot noodles directly into the bowl with the prepared sauce mixture.

Using tongs or chopsticks, thoroughly mix the noodles with the sauce until all noodles are evenly coated and the sauce is distributed. The heat from the noodles will help further emulsify the sauce.

Divide the mixed noodles evenly into 4 serving bowls.

Garnish each serving with chopped green onions, a sprinkle of sesame seeds, and shredded cheese if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy the creamy, spicy goodness!
