Preheat your oven to 385°F. Prepare the cabbage by removing any loose or 'dead' outer leaves from the head. Cut a circular section from the top, then carefully remove the tough core using a knife, creating a well in the center. Poke additional holes into the cored area to allow flavors to penetrate.

Place the cored cabbage in a baking dish. Drizzle the entire head of cabbage generously with olive oil.

Generously sprinkle the cabbage with Old Bay Seasoning, Louisiana Cajun Seasoning Cajun Crush, Kinder's Butter Garlic & Herb Seasoning, Kinder's Caramelized Onion Butter Seasoning, and paprika. Rub the seasonings all over the cabbage to ensure it is fully coated.

Place the 1/2 cup (1 stick) of butter directly into the hollowed-out core of the cabbage.

Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil. Bake in the preheated oven for 2 hours.

Once baked, the cabbage will be incredibly tender and infused with all the seasonings and butter. Carefully remove from the oven. Cut the cabbage into wedges and serve, spooning the melted, seasoned butter and pan juices over each portion.
