Dust the bottom of your crockpot evenly with the 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour. This will help to thicken the juices as the chicken cooks.

Carefully arrange the 10-13 chicken legs in a single layer on top of the flour in the crockpot.

Generously season the chicken legs with all the dry seasonings: 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash Original seasoning, 1 teaspoon chicken rub, 1 teaspoon garlic and herb seasoning, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon paprika, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Ensure the chicken is well coated.

Pour the 1 cup of chicken broth along the side of the crockpot, being careful not to pour it directly over the seasoned chicken. This helps distribute the liquid without washing off the seasonings.

Place small pieces of the 2 tablespoons of garlic and herb butter on top of the chicken legs.

Secure the lid on your crockpot.

Cook the chicken on the HIGH setting for 4 hours. The chicken is done when it is juicy, tender, and easily falls off the bone.

Carefully remove the cooked chicken from the crockpot. Serve immediately, perhaps over mashed potatoes with gravy, and enjoy your fall-off-the-bone chicken!
