Prepare the Iceberg Lettuce: Take 1/2 an iceberg lettuce, remove the core, and chop it into bite-sized pieces. Place the chopped lettuce into a large mixing bowl or metal tray.

Prepare the Mixing Sauce: In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, Korean chili flakes (gochugaru), sugar, tuna extract or fish sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and minced garlic. Mix all the sauce ingredients thoroughly with a spoon until well combined.

Cook the Protein: Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Crack 2 eggs into the pan and fry them to your desired doneness (e.g., sunny-side up). Remove eggs from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, or a separate one, grill the thinly sliced meat using tongs until it is cooked through and slightly browned. This should take about 5-7 minutes depending on the thickness of the meat.

Assemble the Dish: Place the chopped iceberg lettuce in a large white bowl. Pour the prepared mixing sauce over the lettuce. Toss the lettuce and sauce together thoroughly using a spoon or tongs until all the lettuce pieces are well coated.

Add a serving of cooked white rice on top of the mixed lettuce. Carefully place the two fried eggs on top of the rice. Arrange the grilled meat on top of the eggs and rice. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the entire dish as a garnish.

Serve: Before eating, mix all the ingredients (lettuce, sauce, rice, eggs, and meat) together in the bowl with a spoon until everything is evenly distributed. Enjoy immediately.
