Preheat your oven to 425°F. Lightly grease a baking dish large enough to hold the chicken breasts in a single layer.

Place the chicken breasts into the prepared baking dish. Season both sides of each chicken breast generously with Cajun seasoning.

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, bacon bits, 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, and the ranch seasoning packet. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly combined and the mixture is smooth. A stand mixer with a paddle attachment or a hand mixer can be used for best results.

Spoon a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture on top of each seasoned chicken breast in the baking dish. Carefully spread the mixture out to cover the top surface of each chicken breast as evenly as possible.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, carefully remove the baking dish from the oven. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, the additional crumbled bacon, and the chopped parsley over the chicken breasts.

Return the baking dish to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the chicken is cooked through to an internal temperature of 165°F.

Once baked, remove from the oven. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving. Serve hot.
