Season the pork fillet steaks generously with the Mingle Seasoning American Rub. Place the seasoned pork into the slow cooker.

Add the diced brown onion, finely diced garlic cloves, brown sugar (or monk fruit), apple cider vinegar, and chicken/beef stock to the slow cooker with the pork.

Cover the slow cooker and cook on high for 4 hours, or on low for 8 hours, until the pork is very tender and can be easily shredded with two forks.

Once cooked, carefully remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks. Return the shredded pork to the slow cooker and stir it through the sauce.

Serve the BBQ pulled pork as desired. A suggestion is to serve it as loaded fries with McCain extra crispy fries, Greek yogurt, lettuce, tomatoes, and onion.
