Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a 9x13 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides to easily lift the pie out later.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the full-fat milk, Greek yogurt, melted butter, and large eggs until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and ground nutmeg. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, whisking until just combined and a pourable batter forms. Be careful not to overmix.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the diced ham and sauté for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and fragrant. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Add the sautéed ham and crumbled feta cheese to the batter. Gently fold all the ingredients together with a spatula until evenly distributed.

Pour the complete batter mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and crispy, and the center is set and slightly custardy. A toothpick inserted into the center should come out mostly clean.

Once baked, remove the Zambanopita from the oven and let it cool in the dish for at least 10 minutes before lifting it out using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into squares and serve warm as a perfect shareable snack.
