Unwrap the block of Havarti cheese. Slice the cheese into planks, then cut the planks into bite-sized cubes.

Place the cubed Havarti cheese into a large glass mixing bowl. Add the cubed salami, whole cornichon pickles, pitted green olives, and chopped sun-dried tomatoes to the bowl.

Sprinkle the chopped fresh basil over the ingredients in the bowl. Pour the garlic herb vinaigrette generously over the entire mixture.

Using a spoon, thoroughly toss all the ingredients together until everything is nicely coated in the vinaigrette.

For best flavor, allow the Jar-cuterie to marinate for at least 15 minutes at room temperature, or refrigerate for longer marination. If refrigerating, let it come to room temperature for 10-15 minutes before serving for optimal flavor.

Serve immediately in a decorative glass or bowl. Alternatively, spoon the mixture into small glass jars, topping off each jar with any remaining vinaigrette. Seal with lids and refrigerate for convenient storage and portability.

When serving from jars, provide toothpicks for guests to easily skewer individual pieces like cheese, salami, olives, and cornichons.
