In a large bowl, combine the bread flour, Greek yogurt, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt. Mix thoroughly until a shaggy dough forms and all ingredients are combined.

Lightly flour a clean work surface. Turn the dough out onto the floured surface and knead for a few minutes until the dough is smooth and fully combined.

Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces. For a more normal-sized bagel, 4 pieces are recommended.

Take each piece of dough and roll it into a rope shape, approximately 6-8 inches long. Bring the ends of the rope together and pinch them firmly to form a bagel shape.

In a small bowl, whisk the egg to create an egg wash. Brush the tops of each bagel generously with the egg wash, then sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the prepared bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. (Alternatively, air fry at 350°F for 20 minutes).
