Preheat your oven to 375°F. Arrange the baguette slices in a single layer on a baking sheet.

In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and garlic powder. Brush this mixture evenly over one side of each baguette slice.

Bake the baguette slices for 5-7 minutes, or until lightly golden and toasted. Remove from oven and set aside.

While the bread is toasting, pat the shrimp dry with paper towels. Season the shrimp with salt and black pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic.

Add the seasoned shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and opaque. Stir in the fresh parsley and lemon juice. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

Sprinkle the toasted baguette slices with the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese. Return to the oven and bake for another 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Top each cheesy toast with a few pieces of the cooked garlic shrimp. Garnish with additional chopped fresh parsley, if desired, and serve immediately.
