Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Peel and cut the 400 grams of potatoes into smaller, uniform pieces. Place them in a pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Cook until the potatoes are very soft and easily pierced with a fork.

Drain the boiled potatoes thoroughly and transfer them to a large bowl. Mash them until completely smooth, ensuring there are no lumps remaining.

To the mashed potatoes, add 3 tablespoons of water and 20 grams of rice flour. Mix well.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of red chilli flakes, 1/2 teaspoon of oregano, and 1/4 teaspoon of crushed black pepper to the potato mixture.

Using your hands, mix all the ingredients thoroughly until a cohesive, uniform dough is formed.

Add 1 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds, 1/2 tablespoon of flax seeds, 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds, and 1 teaspoon of black sesame seeds to the potato dough. Mix again to ensure the seeds are evenly distributed throughout.

Take small portions of the potato mixture and roll them into uniform balls using your hands. Place the formed potato balls on the prepared baking tray, leaving a little space between each.

If desired, lightly brush a small amount of oil on the surface of each potato ball for extra crispiness and color.

Bake the potato balls in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes, or until they are crispy from the outside and have turned a golden brown color.

Remove the baked potato balls from the oven and serve immediately as a delicious snack.
