Gather all your ingredients. If using frozen berries, ensure they are thawed.

In each of four individual serving glasses or bowls, start by spooning about 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt into the bottom.

Layer about 1/4 cup of granola over the yogurt in each glass.

Next, add about 1/4 cup of mixed berries over the granola layer.

Sprinkle about 2 tablespoons of chopped mixed nuts over the berries.

Repeat the layers: another spoonful of Greek yogurt, followed by granola, berries, and nuts, until the glasses are full and ingredients are used up. You should have two layers of each component.

Drizzle each parfait with honey or maple syrup to your desired sweetness. If using, sprinkle a pinch of ground cinnamon on top.

Serve immediately for best texture, or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 hours for a quick grab-and-go breakfast.
