Preheat your oven to 375°F. Lightly spray a large sheet pan with cooking spray.

Unroll the crescent dough and press it evenly into the prepared sheet pan, sealing any seams to form a single crust.

Bake the crescent dough crust for 15 minutes, or until it is golden brown. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly on the sheet pan for about 10 minutes.

While the crust cools, in a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and 1/2 packet of taco seasoning. Mix until well combined and smooth.

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef. Drain any excess fat. Stir in the remaining 1/2 packet of taco seasoning and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the slightly cooled crescent dough crust.

Evenly distribute the seasoned ground beef over the cream cheese layer.

Sprinkle the diced tomatoes, shredded Mexican cheese, and shredded lettuce over the ground beef layer.

Slice the Taco Pizza into squares or rectangles and serve immediately. Add any additional desired toppings, such as hot sauce, if preferred.
