While the pasta is cooking, in a large skillet or Dutch oven, melt the Clover Sonoma organic sweet cream salted butter over medium-low heat. Add the minced organic garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to brown it.

Pour in the organic heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally. Reduce the heat to low.
