In a small bowl, combine 1/4 cup of cottage cheese and 1 tablespoon of Hellmann's garlic aioli. Mix these ingredients together thoroughly.

Take 2 slices of sourdough bread.

Evenly spread the cottage cheese and garlic aioli mixture over the surface of each slice of sourdough bread.

Top each prepared slice of bread with 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce.

Arrange several slices of turkey pepperoni on top of the pizza sauce on each toast.
