In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, diced bacon, shredded cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, salt, and black pepper. Use your hands to thoroughly mix all the ingredients until they are well combined and form a homogeneous mixture.

Lay a large sheet of parchment paper on a clean work surface. Evenly spread the prepared meat mixture over the parchment paper to form a rectangular base, approximately 1 cm thick.

Arrange the prosciutto slices in an even layer over the meat base, leaving a small border around the edges. Follow with a layer of cheese slices, then the cooked ham slices. Finally, place the 2 hard-boiled eggs in a line along one of the longer edges of the layered ingredients.

Starting from the edge with the hard-boiled eggs, carefully roll the meatloaf mixture tightly. Use the parchment paper to help guide and compact the roll, ensuring it is sealed well on all sides.

Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil. Carefully transfer the rolled meatloaf into the greased baking dish.

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes, or until it is cooked through and golden brown on the outside. An internal temperature of 71°C (160°F) is recommended for ground beef.

Once baked, remove the meatloaf from the oven. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
