Place 250 grams of room temperature cream cheese into a mixing bowl.

Add 65-68 grams of sugar to the bowl with the cream cheese.

Using an electric hand mixer, mix the cream cheese and sugar until the mixture is smooth.

In a separate small bowl, crack 1 large egg and 1 large egg yolk (or use 2 medium eggs). Add these eggs to the cream cheese mixture.

Mix the ingredients again with the electric hand mixer until they are well combined.

Sift 1 tablespoon of flour into the mixture.

Pour 150 grams of whipping cream or heavy cream into the bowl.

Mix all ingredients one final time with the electric hand mixer until the batter is smooth and lump-free.

Line a small round baking pan with parchment paper, ensuring the paper extends high up the sides of the pan.

Pour the prepared cheesecake batter into the lined pan.

Place the pan with the batter into an air fryer basket.

Preheat the air fryer at 200°C for 5 minutes.

Air fry the cheesecake at 190°C for 17 minutes.

Reduce the temperature and air fry the cheesecake at 180°C for another 5 minutes.

Once baked, let the cheesecake cool down completely at room temperature.

Refrigerate the cooled cheesecake for 3-4 hours before serving.

You can pour chocolate sauce or hazelnut cream over the cheesecake when serving.
