Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, combine the ground beef with smoked paprika, ground cumin, ground coriander, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined, being careful not to overmix.

Divide the seasoned beef mixture into 4 equal portions. On the prepared baking sheet, place each flatbread. Take one portion of beef and spread it thinly and evenly over one flatbread, pressing down to 'smash' it onto the surface, leaving a small border around the edges. Repeat with the remaining beef and flatbreads.

Drizzle the beef-topped flatbreads lightly with olive oil.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the beef is cooked through and lightly browned, and the edges of the flatbread are slightly crispy.

While the flatbreads are baking, prepare the yogurt drizzle. In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt.

Once baked, remove the flatbreads from the oven. Top each flatbread evenly with sliced red onion, halved cherry tomatoes, and crumbled feta cheese.

Return the flatbreads to the oven for another 3-5 minutes, or until the feta is slightly softened and the tomatoes are warmed.

Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh chopped parsley, and drizzle generously with the prepared yogurt sauce. Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
