Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined and slightly frothy.

Stir in the chopped spinach, crumbled feta cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper into the egg mixture. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Carefully pour the egg mixture into the prepared muffin cups, filling each about three-quarters full.

Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the egg bites are set and lightly golden brown around the edges. A knife inserted into the center should come out clean.

Remove the muffin tin from the oven and let the egg bites cool in the pan for a few minutes before carefully removing them. Serve warm or at room temperature.
