In a large mixing bowl, combine the warm milk, active dry yeast, and granulated sugar. Whisk these ingredients together until well combined and let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.

Add the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract to the yeast mixture. Whisk thoroughly again.

Pour in the melted unsalted butter and whisk until fully incorporated.

Add the all-purpose flour and salt to the wet ingredients. Mix with a spoon or spatula until a shaggy dough forms.

Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead by hand for 8-10 minutes until the dough becomes smooth and elastic.

Place the kneaded dough in a lightly greased bowl, turning once to coat. Cover it tightly with plastic wrap and let it rise in a warm place until it has doubled in size, about 60-90 minutes.

Once the dough has risen, gently punch it down to release the air.

Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and roll it out into a large rectangular shape, approximately 12x18 inches.

Evenly spread a generous layer of Bettergoods Cookies & Cream Spread over the entire surface of the rolled-out dough, leaving a small border on one long edge.

Tightly roll the dough from one long side to the other, forming a log.

Using a piece of dental floss or a sharp knife, slice the log into 12 individual cinnamon rolls, about 1 1/2 inches thick.

Arrange the sliced cinnamon rolls in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Cover the baking dish and let the rolls rise again in a warm place until they are visibly puffy, about 30 minutes.

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Bake the rolls for 18-22 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.

While the cinnamon rolls are baking, prepare the frosting. In a bowl, combine the room temperature cream cheese, Oreo cookie crumbs, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.

Add the milk to the mixture. Beat all frosting ingredients together with an electric mixer until the frosting is smooth and creamy.

Once the cinnamon rolls are baked and still warm, spread the prepared Oreo cream cheese frosting generously over them.

Garnish the frosted cinnamon rolls with extra crushed Oreos before serving.
