Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 6-cup standard muffin tin or line with paper liners.

In a medium mixing bowl, crack the 2 large eggs. Add the 1/4 cup of heavy cream powder, 1 teaspoon of whole egg powder, and 1 teaspoon of baking powder.

Grate 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese directly into the bowl with the other ingredients.

Mix all the bun ingredients together thoroughly until a smooth, batter-like consistency is achieved. Ensure there are no dry lumps of powder.

Spoon the mixture evenly into the prepared muffin tins, filling about 4 of the cups to create your burger buns. The mixture should yield enough for 4 buns (2 full burgers).

Bake the buns in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until they are golden brown and firm to the touch. A toothpick inserted into the center should come out clean.

Once baked, carefully remove the zero-carb buns from the muffin tins and let them cool slightly on a wire rack. While the buns are baking, prepare your burger patties and melt cheese on top of them.

To assemble each burger, take one of the prepared zero-carb buns and slice it in half horizontally to create a top and bottom bun. Place the bottom half on a serving plate or cutting board.

Place a cooked burger patty, topped with melted cheese, onto the bottom bun.

Add a generous layer of shaved or flaked Parmesan cheese on top of the melted cheese and patty.

Arrange several slices of jalapenos on top of the cheese.

Add a generous portion of pickled red onions on top of the jalapenos.

Place the top half of the zero-carb bun onto the assembled burger. Repeat for the remaining burgers. Serve immediately.
