In a large bowl, combine the bread flour, sugar, and instant yeast. Mix these dry ingredients well. Then, add the eggs and milk. Begin to knead the mixture until it starts to form a cohesive dough. Once a rough dough has formed, incorporate the salt and butter.

Continue kneading the dough for 10-15 minutes, or until it becomes smooth and elastic. After kneading, portion the dough into 30g balls. Cover the dough balls and let them rest for 15 minutes.

While the dough is resting, combine all the filling ingredients (softened butter, bread crumbs, powdered milk, brown sugar, and vanilla) in a separate bowl. Mix thoroughly until well combined. Set aside.

Take one rested dough ball and flatten it into an oval shape. Place about a tablespoon of the prepared filling onto one half of the flattened dough. Spread the filling evenly over that half. Carefully roll the dough from the filled side into an oblong shape. Pinch and seal the ends of the rolled dough to enclose the filling completely.

Roll the shaped dough in breadcrumbs, ensuring it is fully coated. Place the bread on a baking sheet. Repeat the shaping and coating process for the remaining dough balls. Cover the shaped breads and let them proof for 45 minutes, or until they have doubled in volume.

Preheat your oven to 350°F. Once preheated, bake the Spanish bread for 12-13 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
