In a medium bowl, combine the Caesar dressing and chopped Calabrian chilies. Mix well until thoroughly combined. Set aside.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the unsalted butter and extra virgin olive oil. Once the butter has melted and is lightly bubbling, add the Panko breadcrumbs.

Stir the Panko breadcrumbs continuously with a spatula or spoon until they are toasted to a golden brown color, about 3-5 minutes. Be careful not to burn them.

Remove the skillet from the heat and immediately transfer the toasted Panko breadcrumbs to a separate medium bowl. To the warm breadcrumbs, add the grated Parmesan cheese, lemon zest, and finely chopped chives. Stir until all ingredients are well combined. Set aside.

In the same skillet (or a clean one), heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil or butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to brown it.

Add the chopped cooked lobster meat to the skillet with the garlic. Sauté for 2-3 minutes, just enough to warm the lobster through and infuse it with garlic flavor. Remove from heat.

Lay one large flour tortilla flat on a clean work surface. Spread a generous amount of the prepared Calabrian chili Caesar dressing evenly over the entire surface of the tortilla.

Place about 1/2 cup of finely chopped romaine lettuce over the dressing on the tortilla.

Distribute about 1/4 of the sautéed lobster meat evenly over the romaine lettuce.

Sprinkle about 1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese over the lobster.

Take a generous amount (about 1/4 cup) of the prepared lemon Parmesan breadcrumbs and sprinkle them over the cheese and lobster.

Finish by sprinkling a pinch of fresh chopped chives on top of the fillings.

Carefully fold in the sides of the tortilla towards the center, then starting from the bottom, roll the tortilla up tightly to form a compact wrap.

Using a sharp knife, cut the finished wrap in half diagonally. Repeat steps 7-13 for the remaining tortillas and fillings. Serve immediately and enjoy!
