In a medium bowl, combine the 200 grams of thick Greek yoghurt or skyr, 10 grams of cocoa powder, the optional 15 grams of chocolate protein powder, 30 grams of chia seeds, a splash of vanilla extract, a pinch of salt, and syrup to taste. If you prefer a thinner pudding, add a bit of milk. If omitting protein powder, consider using vanilla yoghurt for extra sweetness.

Mix all the chia pudding ingredients thoroughly until well combined and smooth.

Cover the bowl and refrigerate the chia pudding mixture for 2 to 3 hours to allow it to thicken.

Once the chia pudding has chilled and thickened, transfer it to a jar or bowl, dividing it into 4 equal portions.

In a separate small bowl, combine the 70 grams of yoghurt and 1 teaspoon of maple syrup. Mix well until smooth.

Gently spread the prepared yoghurt layer evenly over the top of the chia pudding in each jar/bowl.

Melt the 20-25 grams of dark chocolate using a microwave or a double boiler.

Drizzle the melted chocolate over the top of the yoghurt layer in each serving to form a thin shell.

Refrigerate the assembled Magnum Chia Puddings overnight (or for at least 6 hours) to allow the chocolate shell to set and the flavors to meld.
