Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, as needed to coat crockpot
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1 1/2 cups mild banana pepper rings, plus 1/4 cup juice from the jar
- 1 ounce McCormick Au Jus Gravy mix, 1 packet
- 1 ounce Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning, 1 packet
- 1 stick salted organic butter
