Pour the batter into an oven-safe ramekin.

Bake for 20-22 minutes, or until the oats are fully baked through and set.

While the oats are baking, prepare the topping. In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with maple syrup to your desired sweetness. Mix thoroughly.

Once the baked oats are removed from the oven, spread the prepared Greek yogurt topping evenly over the surface.

Generously dust the top with cocoa powder.
