Preheat your oven to 375°F.

In a bowl, season the thinly sliced steak with 1 tablespoon of steak seasoning, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika. Mix thoroughly to ensure the steak is evenly coated.

In a separate bowl, season the peeled and deveined shrimp with 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika. Mix well.

Take a large baking dish (such as a 9x13 inch rectangular dish). Add 2 cups of white rice to the bottom of the dish.

Add 1 cup of diced bell peppers (a mix of red, yellow, and orange is shown) and 1/2 cup of diced onion over the rice.

Distribute 2 tablespoons of minced garlic over the rice and vegetables.

Pour 3 cups of chicken broth into the baking dish.

Add 1/4 cup of soy sauce, 1/4 cup of melted butter, 2 tablespoons of chili garlic sauce, and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil to the dish.

Season the rice mixture with an additional 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika.

Stir all the ingredients in the baking dish thoroughly until everything is well combined.

Arrange the seasoned steak over one half of the rice mixture in the dish, spreading it out evenly.

Arrange the seasoned shrimp over the other half of the rice mixture in the dish.

Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, carefully remove the aluminum foil from the baking dish.

Return the uncovered dish to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through and pink, and the steak is cooked to your desired doneness.

Once baked, remove from the oven and garnish generously with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
