Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easier cleanup.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced yellow onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.

Add the ground turkey to the skillet. Break it apart with a spoon and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

Stir in the drained diced tomatoes, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the sauce to thicken slightly. Remove from heat.

Place the naan breads on the prepared baking sheet. Lightly brush the tops of each naan with the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Evenly spread the cooked turkey mixture over each naan bread. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese, crumbled feta cheese, sliced Kalamata olives, halved cherry tomatoes, and thinly sliced red onion.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the naan edges are lightly golden and crisp. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.

Carefully remove the pizzas from the oven. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before slicing and serving immediately.
